MICHAEL TROWER
Michael Trower is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Catapult Community Developers. Michael has over 30 years of development experience, focused directly on providing development services for clients. He brings deep expertise in evaluating initial and ongoing project feasibility, developing and nurturing relationships among all stakeholders in the development process, and day-to-day management of a development project.
With Catapult, Michael has provided owners representation and project management services for clients, including the addition of affordable artists housing units in the Good Shepherd Center on behalf of Historic Seattle. Michael has also recently acted as the Development and Construction Manager for 194 housing units and over 5,000 square feet of community-oriented uses at Mariposa Apartment Homes in Federal Way, and for 120 senior housing units in Poulsbo, Washington. Michael is currently the Development Manager for the HOPE VI project in Fresno, California and the Bridge Condominiums in Tacoma, Washington.
Prior to joining Catapult, Michael founded Trower Development Services and provided 15 years of creative real estate services to non-profit partners, public agencies, and individual clients in the development of community resources and affordable housing solutions. Michael also served as Managing Director of Graham Development. Graham developed and managed large-scale projects including the Seattle Sheraton (900 rooms) and directed the development of the $200 million U.S. Bank Center, the Salmon Bay Condominiums in Seattle, and the Kauai Hotel and Condominiums. Michael has also served as General Manager for a 400 person national architectural and engineering firm specializing in educational facilities, and was the Partner/Architectural Project Manager for a $100 million, 10 school facility development program in Hartford, Connecticut.
