HOPE VI PROJECT, Fresno, CA
Development Consultant for Parsons-Brinkerhoff
Parsons-Brinkerhoff, an international consulting and engineering firm, has been selected by the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno to be the Master Developer for the HOPE VI project. The project will be funded by a HUD Grant of $20,000,000 which is matched with $34,000,000 in local funds. Catapult is working on the Parsons team as the Development Manager for the entire project.
The project, which has been designed to rejuvenate the Yosemite Neighborhood of Fresno, includes scattered site replacement housing for public housing, affordable homeownership housing, market rate housing, community and master planning, infrastructure design and development, an early learning center, and a regional aquatic/sports facility. The entire project will be designed for long term sustainability and LEED criteria.
