    Urban Revitalization and Sustainable Development


    Catapult is the developer for this 26-unit infill subdivision, constructed to Built Green standards. Catapult’s goal for this project was to stimulate private investment in downtown housing and create neighborhood stability through home ownership.


    The $12.8 million project takes advantage of exciting contemporary design, proximity to Tacoma’s Link Light Rail, and a 10-year property tax abatement. Phase I of Triangle was more than 60% pre-sold and is now complete, and Phase II is nearing completion. The project was designed by Johnston Architects with construction management by Catapult.
