Catapult Community Developers was the successful respondent to the Tacoma Housing Authority's RFP for a Housing Development Consultant. THA required a Consultant that could assist with a wide range of housing development, program planning, and technical assistance activities. Catapult's principal responsibility for this RFPs Scope of Work includes evaluation of a six-acre site that THA is negotiating to purchase with the intent of utilizing the land for a mixed-use development. Catapult will assist in assembling and managing the project team, developing the project feasibility and assisting with the design and implementation of the development process.
