Catapult acted as the strategic planning consultant and real estate development analyst for a multi-agency steering committee, chaired by joint city and county staff. The goal of the business plan was to determine the feasibility and process for creating an information clearinghouse and technical assistance facility to encourage market transformation toward green building practices. The business plan presented a survey of the existing green building organizations, a market analysis of proposed services, and a financial and operational plan for development of both the organization and the proposed facility. As a result of the business plan, the steering committee has been able to raise sufficient funds to embark on a second phase of program development that is also being led by Catapult.
