Catapult was selected by the City of Puyallup to develop a new senior center and multifamily housing project at Pioneer Park in downtown Puyallup. The $15 million project will include a build-to-suit senior center for the City plus retail space and 37 market-rate condominiums located above the senior center. The City’s goal of the project is to spur further private development in downtown Puyallup.
