Acquisition/Rehabilitation of Seniors Housing
Catapult acted as the Development and Construction Manager providing acquisition and financing assistance and construction expertise on behalf of Community Housing Assistance Program, Inc., a non-profit housing group. The Hostmark Apartments is a 120-unit apartment community for seniors located in Poulsbo, WA. The $8.5 Million project included a new senior services building, two community rooms, and a $1,200,000 renovation. The Catapult team crafted a partnership between local housing support organizations and the tax-credit partnership that resulted in a senior health education and referral agreement with Martha & Mary Health Services, and an intergenerational program offered by LifeSteps.
