    Catapult assisted Historic Seattle as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager to renovate and build artist housing. Under Catapult’s leadership, the Good Shepherd Center in the Wallingford neighborhood underwent a six-phase, $1,200,000 renovation that included the addition of 10,000 square feet of artist live/work lofts.
